Feng shui is an ancient practice that has been around for over 4,000 years. Pronounced “fung shway” it is the classical Chinese system for seeking harmony and balance. At its most basic level feng shui is how we interact with and relate to our environment.
Mindfulness coaching is a powerful way for you to look at your brain and see how you are and aren’t supporting yourself with the thoughts you believe to be true. Many times we say we want the relationship, the better job, or whatever “it” may be. Yet, we don’t realize that we aren’t supporting ourselves with the thoughts we’re thinking and the actions we aren’t taking.
Your thoughts are a reflection of how you perceive your life. A consultation, or session, is always beneficial when things don’t seem to be going well for you, or you feel like you need some direction.
The goal is to show how your thoughts are impacting your decisions and the results you are currently having. It is only through self-discovery that lasting change can be made.
